The company CRÉATION BOIS CONSTRUCTION, based in Lys lez Lannoy (Lille), is the regional leader of the creation and construction of wood office buildings, with over 20,000m2 of wood buildings created in 2018 in the heart of Lille— as well as over a hundred housing units.

According to Hervé Denize, CEO of CRÉATION BOIS CONSTRUCTION, “The company that we took over, Création Bois Construction, has an exceptional know-how in the engineering and construction of innovative, energy-efficient wood buildings (low-carbon buildings) made for users with high standards. It accompanies a new generation of developers who have chosen solid wood as the key to achieving the best, most environmentally-friendly performance while maintaining the utmost comfort for the buildings’ inhabitants. Armed with this experience, multiple references and the support of its new shareholder, CRÉATION BOIS CONSTRUCTION now aims to diversity its geographic implantation and range of products. Important investments will be made rapidly to strengthen its integrated design office, its industrial tools and its commercial presence— especially in the ever-developing market of Greater Paris.”
