AESI, act for inclusion
The Foundation collaborates with the association ASEI (Agir, Soigner, Éduquer, Insérer / Act, Care, Educate, Integrate) whose objective is to promote the integration of people with disabilities into ordinary workplaces.
After having supported the integration of young people through work for several years, the Vasgos Foundation has been committed since 2020 to helping people with disabilities.
The Foundation collaborates with the association ASEI (Agir, Soigner, Éduquer, Insérer / Act, Care, Educate, Integrate) within the framework of the DELTA program, whose objective is to promote the integration of people with disabilities into ordinary workplaces.
The people are accompanied by referents who help them define their professional project, their job search and their integration into the partner companies.
In 2022, 30 people were recruited through the program.

The Supported Employment system aims to support disabled workers towards integration as quickly and directly as possible into an ordinary working environment. An Accompanied Employment referent, or “Job Coach”, ensures the mission of securing and making sustainable the employer/employee relationship.
