We invest in France and internationally, through funds and directly. We have carried out projects in several asset classes, in rental investments (professional offices and for individuals), in the development and rehabilitation of buildings, and also in the purchase and creation of businesses and shops.

Our strategy is based on an opportunistic approach (early identification of emerging investment trends and investments in rehabilitation) and investments that are diversified both geographically and in terms of asset profile.
We are thus present in France (in the Paris region and in the South), in the United States (in New York), in Lisbon and in Berlin.
