Vasgos is an investment holding company created by Pascal and Lorraine ODDO in 2015. They were joined in 2019 by Axel ODDO.
With an international presence, Vasgos has diversified its activities around 5 main areas: Oddo Vins & Domaines, Oddo Bois & Énergie, listed investments, real estate, and holdings in SME-MidCaps directly and via private equity funds.
The investment strategy we pursue in these areas is in line with the core values we believe in: entrepreneurship, expertise, and impact.

(Re)integrate disabled people in France & support the education of children in South Africa
The Vasgos Foundation, created in 2015, aims to support populations in difficulty through a dual commitment.
Since 2020, the Foundation has partnered with ASEI within the framework of the “Accompanied Employment” scheme, which has enabled the reintegration of more than 60 workers with disabilities in the departments of Lozère, Tarn and Aveyron.
Since 2022, it has also been supporting the Get It Done Foundation in South Africa in its program to train specialized educators and educate children from disadvantaged areas using an adapted Montessori method.”
