Vasgos has sold different lines of its private equity portfolio. 

The main objective of this transaction was to rationalise its portfolio, by eliminating relationships in which Vasgos no longer intended to invest in future funds.

In addition, in a market context where distributions have fallen significantly in recent months, this transaction also had the benefit of generating cash.
