Oddo Vins & Domaines allies with wine merchant DIVA Bordeaux
Oddo Vins & Domaines has just taken over Pierre BEUCHET’s stake in the capital of DIVA Bordeaux. The majority shareholder of the wine merchant remains the Chinese group Bright Food, the rest being shared between Oddo Vins & Domaines (managed by Lorraine and Pascal ODDO) and the current President of DIVA Bordeaux, Jean-Pierre ROUSSEAU.
Founded 40 years ago by Pierre BEUCHET, DIVA Bordeaux is an independent and international trading company with a solid network of partners throughout the world, including Asia and particularly China, a wine market that is still growing strongly.
Vasgos, created by Pascal ODDO, is developing with Oddo Vins & Domaines a coherent and international family wine group. It brings together estates in Provence, Spain and South Africa. It also holds an original stake in Les Vignerons Parisiens, the very first winery located in Paris.
This strategic alliance with one of France’s largest export wine merchants is perfectly in line with Oddo Vins & Domaines’ international development strategy. For its part, DIVA Bordeaux finds here a good opportunity to diversify its shareholding, while enriching its commercial offer.
Jean-Pierre ROUSSEAU, Lorraine and Pascal ODDO are pleased with this agreement which will contribute to the growth and development strategy of DIVA Bordeaux.
